STUDENT DISCIPLESHIP AGREEMENT


SECTION 1: WHO YOU ARE

God-Centered Life: Student Disciples will strive to keep God at the center of their lives, making choices that reflect Biblical

principles and recognizing that Jesus is the core purpose that CREW exists.

Questions and Honesty: CREW members are encouraged to ask questions, seek understanding, and maintain openness. This fosters an environment of honest communication with staff, leaders, and peers.

Accountability and Discipleship: Student Disciples will actively pursue accountability and seek mentorship, valuing the support that contributes to their spiritual growth.

SECTION 2: WHO YOU ARE AT CHURCH

Attendance and Participation: Student Disciples are committed to attending all CREW meetings and participating in at least 75% of NineTen activities, including life groups, weekend services, and various events. CREW members are also expected to engage in at least two service projects throughout the year. (Please notify a pastor if you are unable to attend a meeting or event, as communication is a key leadership value!)

Respect for Others: CREW members agree to treat all students, staff, and volunteers with respect, kindness, and inclusivity, fostering an atmosphere of acceptance and love.

Welcoming New Faces: CREW members will offer a warm welcome to new members and visitors, helping them feel integrated into the NineTen community.

Engagement in Life Groups/Sermons/Worship: CREW members will actively participate in life group discussions, contributing positively and supporting a collaborative atmosphere. They will lean into worship, practicipate in games, and take notes during sermons to set a culture and example for the whole community.

Assistance to Staff/Leaders: CREW members will support NineTen staff and leaders as needed, recognizing the importance of teamwork and collaboration.

SECTION 3: WHO YOU ARE AT HOME AND BEYOND

Lifestyle Reflecting Faith: CREW students pledge to live in a way that aligns with Biblical values, avoiding actions that do

not honor God with their mind, body, and soul. Members know to seek wisdom from staff and leaders when stuggles arrise.

Honesty and Integrity: Student Disciples commit to upholding honesty and integrity in all aspects of life, including behavior at school, home, and online, and interactions with peers. (This includes being accountable for actions and behavior on social media and in the community.)

Being a Light: CREW students will strive to be a positive influence, ensuring their actions and words reflect their commitment to Christ and demonstrating their faith to friends and family.
